Bill is currently the General Manager for McManamy McLeod Heller, LLC real estate law firm. Bill has held a Georgia Real Estate License since 2003 and a Broker/Associate Broker’s License since 2011. He was a full-time real estate agent from 2003 until 2016. He also served for several years as the Managing Broker of a large Intown real estate brokerage consisting of over 150 agents.
Bren is a Managing Partner of McManamy McLeod Heller, LLC real estate law firm. Bren was admitted to the Georgia and Mississippi Bar Associations in 1999. Before joining the firm in 2006, Bren practiced int he area of commercial litigation at a large Atlanta firm. Bren has extensive experience handling contract drafting and review, acquisition and development transactions for new construction, review of surveys and drafting of long legal descriptions as well as handling real estate related litigation matters.
