We’re excited to announce the latest addition to our Attorney staff, Haley Roos. Lets meet her!
Where did you grow up?
I grew up on a farm in Ringgold, GA (near the Tennessee boarder). I drove 30 min to Chattanooga everyday to go to Baylor High School.
Where did you go to school?
I graduated from UGA in 2010 with a degree in International Business. I graduated from Charleston School of Law in 2013.
Tell us a little more about your law career.
In law school, I worked for a criminal defense attorney in Charleston, SC. After I took the SC bar, I got a job doing civil litigation. I met my husband and moved to Georgia in 2014. After taking the GA Bar, I worked briefly in Personal Injury in Atlanta. After quickly realizing personal injury and litigation were not for me, I started to look into real estate law. My husband and I bought our first house in 2016 and closed at MMH. I walked out of that closing not only with a new home, but with a new idea for what I wanted to do in law. I got a job at another local closing attorney law firm that summer in 2016. I worked as a closing attorney and title attorney for 4 years in their Duluth office. After recently having a baby, I wanted to be closer to home, so I applied at MMH.
What do you enjoy doing outside of the office?
I had my first child in September 2019 so most of my new hobbies include watching him grow and learn. My husband and I enjoy cooking, traveling, and drinking wine. I also teach spin at Exhale Spa in Midtown. My husband and I love to work out and have been using our Peloton everyday since the pandemic.
We’re so happy to have you with us, Haley! Welcome to the MMH Family!
