Outdated Advice for the 2019 Home Buyer

If you’ve bought a home in the past 5 years, you’ve undoubtedly heard some of the following:
-Buy in the Spring
-Wait for home prices to level out
-Focus on the house over the neighborhood
-Present an offer with room to negotiate
-If you want it, make an offer fast!
In years past, some of this advice was probably true, but a new article out today by Realtor.com suggests that this advice may not apply to the 2019 home buyer.
